WWebBuddyMarketplace

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the contract between you and the operator of WebBuddyMarketplace ("we", "us"). Using the site, creating an account, or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy and do not upload.

The Refund Policy, Licence Terms, Privacy Policy are part of this contract.

The service

WebBuddyMarketplace is a marketplace for digital products. We host listings, take payment, issue licences, and deliver files. We do not promise that any item will fit your project, pass your review, or earn you money.

Live demos, descriptions, ratings and sales counts are there so you can decide before you pay. Deciding after you have the files is too late.

Accounts

You must give a real email address you control. You are responsible for the account, the people you let use it, and every order placed on it. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that looks abusive, fraudulent, or a risk to other buyers or authors — including after a chargeback.

We may contact you at that address about orders, licences, security, and (if you opted in) the catalogue. Transactional mail is part of running the account. You cannot opt out of receipts, licence mail, or security notices.

Buying

A purchase is a licence to use the files under the Licence Terms for the tier you chose. You do not buy the copyright. You do not buy the right to refund yourself by charging back the card.

Prices are as shown at checkout, plus tax and any buyer fee we display. Coupons apply only as written. We may change prices at any time; a change does not alter an order already paid.

Payment is taken by the gateway you choose. When the gateway confirms the payment we fulfil: licence, ledger, receipt, download. That fulfilment is delivery. The Refund Policy then applies in full. Sales are final once a licence is issued.

You represent that you are allowed to use the payment method, that you are buying for a lawful purpose, and that you have evaluated the item — including any demo — enough to accept it as-is.

Acceptable use

  • Do not resell, share, or publish the purchased files as a competing product or as a download for others.
  • Do not scrape, overload, or probe the site beyond ordinary browsing.
  • Do not circumvent licences, download tokens, or account limits.
  • Do not use the site to distribute malware, stolen work, or illegal content.
  • Do not open a payment dispute instead of following the Refund Policy.

Breach lets us revoke licences, remove listings, close accounts, and keep the money already paid as liquidated damages to the extent the law allows.

No warranty

The site and every product are provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties we are allowed to disclaim, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. You install and run those files at your own risk.

Liability

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, replacement work, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Our total liability for any other claim is limited to fifty US dollars (or the equivalent in the currency you paid). These caps apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs that come from your use of a product, your breach of these terms, or your chargeback of a delivered order.

Changes and availability

We may change the site, these terms, prices, and features. Material changes to these terms apply from the next time you use the site or place an order. We may pause the site for maintenance or because we have to. We do not owe you uptime, ranking, or featured placement.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of WebBuddyMarketplace is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we will bring claims only in the courts of that jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere your breach causes harm.

If a court will not enforce a part of these terms, the rest still apply. Where a law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right applies only as far as the law requires.
