1.0.0
Initial release.
Product
- Marketing site with a live voice and chat demo, product showcase, integrations, use cases, pricing and FAQ.
- Workspace: receptionists built from business templates, knowledge (documents, websites, notes), conversation flows, opening hours and bookings, contacts with CSV import, outbound campaigns, insights, and built-in tools (forms, appointments, webhooks, widget, CRM board, messaging, Google Sheets).
- Live voice over WebRTC (OpenAI Realtime) for the homepage demo. Phone lines answer with a live conversation on Twilio and Plivo, and on SIP trunks that dial OpenAI's SIP endpoint. Twilio also places outbound calls. Vonage and Telnyx numbers can be imported for limited outbound calls only.
- 20 connections: Google (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), Outlook and Salesforce over OAuth with token refresh; Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Zendesk, Notion, Calendly and MCP servers; and OpenAI, Anthropic, Together, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Cartesia and Deepgram provider connections.
- Self-serve plans through Stripe Checkout with a webhook and customer portal; plan limits on receptionists, live receptionists, numbers and monthly minutes (inbound calls to an exhausted line are told so before they are answered); admin panel for settings, plans, accounts, finance and health.
- Email and password sign-in, and Google sign-in. The first admin is named in
ADMIN_EMAILSand must verify that address. - Runs on any Postgres, or embedded PGLite for evaluation; single-process deployment with a
Dockerfile. DEMO_MODE=trueturns a deployment into a public showroom with one-click accounts, a seeded receptionist, and writes refused on the server.- Dark theme by default, with Light and System in the theme menu.
Security
- The call WebSocket requires a signed, expiring token minted by the carrier's verified webhook, and takes the call's identity from that token rather than the URL.
/api/jobs/rundecides whether a request is local from the connection's peer address, not theHostheader.ADMIN_EMAILSpromotes an account only once its address is verified.
Fixes
- Deleting a workspace now works on a real Postgres database.
- Outbound calls are recorded as what happened: a carrier rejection or timeout is a failed call and is not billed.
- Campaign contacts take the call's real outcome; a campaign at its concurrency cap keeps running; a campaign on a line that cannot dial pauses.
- The demo platform-admin door opens the admin panel.
Version 1.0.0 also has known gaps, listed on Known limitations.
